"Phoenix" was the codename for BabyCenter's re-design of its Mobile App. This project was intended to document the design process, from start to finish, allowing the viewer to gain a better understanding of what it actually takes to build an app of this scope.

With the rest of the design team suppying content relevant to their parts of the app's development, I was tasked with putting it all together into a single, coherant storyline.

The original intent was to build out an HTML micro-site complete with parallax scrolling effects and scroll-based animations. Unfortunately, with the launch quickly approaching and my Sales workload making that level of development work impractical, the decision was made to scale it back a bit. Still, I think we ended up with a very nice overview of the design process.
